You should really read that book - its deep. And not pretty, but very real. Neverwhere had prettier language, but American Gods is just hard and dirty(no pun intended, looks at twinn). And Mr Nancy stars as well! HEH. speaking of which, i want Anansi's Boys back. glowers.
Its sneakily inching towards EOIs, and the science SPAs are rolling around. Freaky. Ms Lim is quite amazed at how we can still manage our "happy chatter" in class. I think my class is really chirpy, if you ask me, everyone chums with each other except, erh hum. 408 is really fun! (with the class size a little diminished, the class has grown closer) Especially in PE, everyone is so participative (except when listening to Mr Yeoh, rather unfortunately).
I will miss my class. Didn't envision myself saying that a year ago. I love 408! xD
Lou go for IMCB! its quite fun, except the waiting parts, and really damm cool if you are into genomics and DNA. Even though hyperscientist there brainwashes a bit about A*Star and IMCB and stuff its really damm nice, their lab. whistles.
Officially, netball trainings has ended for us. I feel kind of lost now, no training to go to, no endorphin boosters on monday and thursday. But we have a nice batch of juniors to handover to! And my batch pretty much revolutionized the CCA i guess, the senior levels and junior levels bonded a lot, in the past we didnt even know all the seniors, and they didnt even take notice of us. Right now the juniors border on impudent. (esp the sec ones, because they you3 fu2 bu4 zhi1 fu2) We had first ever netball chalet, now a group trip in sept which im very excited about, cause we are sending 5 teams to compete in a malaysian carnival for the first time! and im joining an umpiring course, one more level to getting qualified!
I hope i dont lose touch of netball because it taught me the meaning of total and absolute dedication. 4 years of dedication is not something you can tear away from very easily.
no/less trainings has freed up time for class stuff, and i really appreciate that - doing class tee, yrbook and helping out in nat day costume. Which insures me against getting saboed for other stuff (hohum, like ms alma mater. MWHAHA)
even though lessons are weird as usual, with boring teachers, the interesting ones like LIT (OHYEAH), philo (if we have like a debate), PE xD, bio pracs help to keep school bordering on the edge of being pleasant.
